Business Manager – Amazon
Overview:
The Business Manager position is an analytical subject matter expert on Amazon systems/processes. (S)he is a strategic thinker that needs to be able to solve problems or develop Amazon business strategies that also consider the impact of Amazon, Amazon 3rd parties, and brick & mortar retailers. (S)he also interfaces directly with our publishing partners to find synergies between publishers’ and Amazon’s business strategies.
The ideal candidate has a strong desire to own and drive business with a proactive and analytical approach. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years working directly with Amazon’s 1P platform.
Responsibilities:
- Deep understanding of Amazon’s systems to drive business and excellence in:
- Product listing activation
- Content creation (keyword diligence/implementation, A+ content, Brand store)
- Issue resolution
- Amazon support program utilization (Brand Registry, Transparency programs, bundle programs, born to run, etc.)
- Amazon marketing services utilization (Prime Day, Deal of Day, Sponsored Brand, Sponsored Product, Sponsored Display, etc.)
- Pricing/PO management
- Consistent quality control monitoring and optimization of 2,000+ SKUs
- Develop and manage portfolio pricing strategy
- Monitor, report, and action sales and financial data
- Identify and lead internal/external resources (FTEs, software, agencies) to build the Amazon business
- Annual terms negotiations with Amazon
- Develop and implement marketing programs and promotions
- Partner with PSi’s internal Vendor Management team to:
- Understand and execute upon publisher strategies and priorities
- Develop and gain publisher endorsement to deploy strategies addressing publisher-specific Amazon business needs
- Develop annual forecasts
- Manage annual sales & marketing budget
- Lead Amazon business team consisting of direct reports and support functions
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years working directly with Amazon primarily as a 1P seller; some 3P seller experience a plus
- Experience using competitive diligence tools (e.g. Helium 10)
- Experience with Salsify software
- Proactive, results-oriented drive

Business Analyst
Overview of Position
The Business Analyst is responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales-related data in order to help increase overall sales productivity. S/He will create both standardized and custom reports, analysis of sales activity and promotions, and work with the sales team to provide promotional support for internal, retail, and consumer campaigns as needed. They will assist in the development of standardized tools, methodologies, and various business processes for the purpose of refining operational efficiency. The Business Analyst will play a critical role in the enhancement and improvement of top-line business understanding and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports based on data analysis with reliable conclusions and recommendations that management can use to implement more effective operational strategies and sales productivity
- Evaluate sales performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Monitor POS portals; extract and reduce sales data into standardized dashboard/reports for use by internal and external stakeholders
- Follow up with customers as needed to drive clarity of co-op funding and promotional expense
- Generate ad hoc reporting for Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product Management
Job Requirements

Job Title: Fulfillment Associate
Overview:
The Fulfillment Associate I is responsible for performing a variety of tasks focusing on fulfilling orders within a specific ship window, while ensuring accuracy through Quality Control measures. The Fulfillment Associate I position is an entry level position into the organization with an emphasis on training across all aspects of fulfillment. This position requires some repeated heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) throughout the day, carrying and lifting while reaching, bending, climbing, walking, and standing to move product throughout the warehouse. He or she will operate light and heavy warehouse equipment as needed for picking, packing and shipping.
Responsibilities
- Assist in fulfillment process by Picking, Packing, and Labeling inventory to fill sales orders as instructed by team leads and other management.
- Prepare, organize, and process orders with a high level of accuracy. Fulfill and organize orders to ensure the shipping process is efficient and accurate.
- Communicate with team lead to rectify problems such as damages, shortages, irregular specifications of product or noncompliance.
- Ensure stable packing of product to minimize damages, or fall-over, by following routing guidelines and stage shipment in designated areas directed by team leads.
- Record shipment data such as pallet count, carton count, height, and weight to aid in shipment routing.
- Move or load materials using light and heavy duty work devices such as conveyors, hand trucks, forklifts, ride on pallet jacks, or pallet jacks.
- Comply with company regulations by following all quality assurance standards, including good housekeeping and overall cleanliness of products and work areas.
- Maintain readiness of all distribution equipment and materials (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, conveyor systems, tape guns, box knives, etc.) including regular cleaning and user maintenance.
- Must be able to work overtime when necessary and be able to participate in physical inventory counts.
- Store shipping materials and supplies. Notify team lead of stock levels.
Qualifications
- Forklift experience preferred but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience in warehousing, distribution, fulfillment.
- Ability to read and understand the English language for the purpose of comparing and reading product descriptions, names and shelf labels.
- Ability to use good judgment in order to carry out detailed instructions.
- Must possess basic math skills

Receiving Associate
Overview:
The Receiving Associate is responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the intake, identification, accounting, and preparation of inbound shipments. This position requires some repeated heaving lifting throughout the day, carrying and lifting while reaching, bending, climbing, walking, and standing to move product within the warehouse. He or she will operate warehouse heavy and light equipment as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Unload, stage, and sign for inbound shipments.
- Document shipments.
- Prepare shipments for storage in warehouse.
- Assists in resolving discrepancies with accounting regarding invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports
- Move materials using all work devices such as conveyors, hand trucks, or forklifts. Prior Forklift experience required.
- Participate with inventory assembly as a function of special projects when necessary and work across warehouse departments as needed.
- Comply with company regulations by following all quality assurance standards, including good housekeeping and overall cleanliness of products and work areas.
- Adhere to company policy as stated in the company handbook.
- Maintain readiness of all distribution equipment (pallet jacks, fork lifts, conveyor systems, etc.) including regular cleaning and user maintenance and coordinate service maintenance when needed.
